Heard Mr. Mundargi, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.
Mr. Mundargi places before me the order dated 04.07.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.1623 of 2023 alongwith companion Writ Petition No.2417 of 2023. Paragraph No.2 of the said order is relevant and reads thus:- "2) Record indicates that, the investigation of the present crime is already completed and the police have filed chargesheet before the trial Court." 3.
Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP take instructions from the Investigating officer present in Court and endorses what is stated in paragraph No.2 and submits that since investigation is complete presence of the Applicant is not required.

Applicant is directed to present himself before the Investigating Officer, if called for in future. 5.
In that view of the matter, paragraph No.2 of the order dated 04.07.2024 shall continue to operate subject to the above direction. 6.
Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the above terms.
