Learned counsel for the Applicants as well as learned counsel for the first informant, on instructions of their respective clients, submit that the parties are willing to resolve the issue through mediation, without prejudice to their rights and contentions.

(i) Both the parties are directed to approach the Mediation Center of this Court on 25.9.2024 at 11.00 a.m.. The officer in-charge of the Mediation Center is requested to appoint a suitable Mediator from their Panel to make an effort to resolve the issue between the parties.

(ii) To facilitate the process of mediation, ad-interim relief, granted earlier, is continued upto 14.11.2024. (iii) It is made clear that the rights and contentions of the parties on merits of the matter are left open if the mediation fails.

(iv) Stand over to 14.11.2024.
