Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has attended the concerned police station on 6th to 8th May, 2024, as directed. However, learned APP, on the instructions of the I.O., seriously disputes this position.

Learned counsel for the Applicant is firm on his statement of attending the police station. In the interest of justice, the Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station and specially meet the I.O. on 9th, 10th and 11th July, 2024 between 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. He shall cooperate with the investigation. 3.

Stand over to 1.8.2024. Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till then.
