In these applications, on 03.05.2024, this Court (Coram : Amit Borkar, J.) granted interim orders in favour of the applicants by taking note of the fact that prima facie case was made out in their favour. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submit that in pursuance of the directions issued in the interim orders, the applicants appeared before the Investigating Officer and they have cooperated with the investigation. This is confirmed by the learned APP, on instructions. As on today chargeShrikant Malani

Considering the fact that the applicants are a Clerk and a Manager of a Bank, which can also be said to be a victim in the present case, coupled with the fact that neither of the applicants is said to have signed the mortgage deeds executed in the present case, as also the admitted position that the applicants have cooperated with the investigation, this Court is inclined to allow the present applications.

In view of the above, the interim orders dated 03.05.2024, passed in favour of the applicants in these applications are confirmed and the applications are allowed.

5.

The applicants shall cooperate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.
