First Informant is present in the Court. He is seeking assistance of a legal aid counsel because he is in very bad financial state. He is the informant who has allegedly lost ₹ 6,20,000/-. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, submitted that he is willing to explore a possibility of settlement. Considering both these submissions Ms. Rebecca Gonsalvez, who is present in the Court, is appointed as the legal aid counsel to represent the first informant. The office shall hand over the necessary papers to her.
