Heard Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Metkari, learned APP for the State. 2.

The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.271 of 2023 dated 11th October 2023 registered with Alandi, Police Station Pune Pimpri-Chinchwad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 66C and 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

As per the prosecution case, the First Informant had Dusane

613 ABA 1216.24.DOC had given all the details of her bank account with State Bank of India. In that transaction, her account was debited for the amount of Rs.28,800/- through three fraudulent transfers and therefore, the F.I.R. has been lodged.

Mr. Metkari, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet is already filed on 30th December 2024.

A learned Single Judge has already protected the Applicant by the Order dated 2nd May 2024.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed in terms of Order dated 2nd May 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1216 of 2024.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in above terms.
