In this application seeking anticipatory bail, this Court (Coram : Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) had granted interim protection during the pendency of the application. The application was to be listed yesterday (10.10.2024), with interim protection being continued till then. 3.

Since Hon'ble Justice Sarang V. Kotwal is now heading a Division Bench, the learned counsel for the applicant is constrained to mention the present application before this Court for continuation of the interim protection.

In view of the above, list for further consideration on 13.11.2024, H.O.B.

The interim protection granted earlier to the applicant shall continue to operate till then.
