In these applications, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) on 27th February 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 298 of 2024 and on 2nd May 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1216 of 2024, granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. 2.

Today, the papers pertaining to both the applications have not been received from the Registry.

It is mentioned on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant that due to personal difficulty he could not travel from Pune to appear before this Court.

In view of the above, list both these applications for further consideration on 13th January 2025.
