Both these matters be kept on 1.8.2024, by consent. There is already ad-interim order passed in ABA no.1220/2024. That shall continue till 1.8.2024. 2.

As far as ABA No.1275/2024 of Shefali Bhargawa is concerned, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the Applicant Shefali shall not be arrested till 1.8.2024 but she be directed to report to the police station on particular dates. The statement that the Applicant - Shefali shall not be arrested till 1.8.2024, is recorded. However, the Applicant - Shefali is directed to report to the concerned police station on 22nd, 23rd and 24th July, 2024 between 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. She shall cooperate with the investigation. Stand over to 1.8.2024.
