The anticipatory bail application was moved by the Applicants along with the other relatives. The other relatives were granted anticipatory bail. However, application for anticipatory bail of these Applicants have been rejected. It appears that, it is a matrimonial dispute and other proceedings are also pending in the Kalyan Court. The allegations against Applicant No.1 that he demanded amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as a dowry and Applicant No.1 was asking for remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/-. It is also alleged that golden ornaments of the informant is misappropriated by Applicant No.1 4.

Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that it is a matrimonial dispute, and the marriage petition is pending between the Applicant No.1 and informant before Kalyan Court, the matter requires detail consideration. Till then the Applicants can be protected by ad-interim bail. Hence, following order:

ORDER

like amount.
