1.

Heard Mr. Gupta, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganpathy, learned APP for the State.

2.

I have perused the material on record with the able assistance of learned APP Ms. Ganpathy. Prima facie it is an economic offence involving role of the Applicant along with six other accused in garnering and inducing investments of more than 85 persons to the tune of Rs. 62,80,000/-.

3.

This matter was first heard on 8th May, 2024, thereafter there are at least 25 dates on which this matter has been listed thereafter and out of those dates the matter has reached hearing on several dates which can be seen from Roznama.

31-ABA-1268.-2024.doc 4.

Today once again same old story is repeated. When matter has reached, Holding Advocate Mr. Gupta would submit that the Advocate on record Mr. Joshi is not available due to some personal difficulty. Personal difficulty of Advocates will have to be considered by the Court and only on that ground the adjournment is granted. 5.

List this matter on board on 13th January, 2025 under the caption "F.O.B") P.R. Rajput [ MILIND N. JADHAV, J. ]
