Mr. Kuldeep Patil, learned counsel for the applicant submits that a sum of Rs.35 lakhs would be deposited by the applicant in the Registry of this Court within a period of two days from today, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 2.
Mr. N. J. Patil, learned counsel for the first informant has opposed the submission made by Mr. Kuldeep Patil on the ground that the first informant is not ready to accept such low amount, when according to him, the amount should be Rs. 1 crore 50 lakhs which was agreed by the parties in order to settle the dispute. 3.
The applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs. 35 lakhs Harish
18-ABA-1269-2024.doc in the Registry of this Court, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties before the next date of hearing. 4.
The applicant is directed to attend the office of the investigating officer and meet the investigating officer on 6 May 2025 and 7 May 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. 5.
Stand over to 8 May 2025.

Interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date of hearing.
