None resent for the Applicant. With the assistance of Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP, I have perused the papers. 2.
A learned Single Judge by detailed order dated 8th May 2024 has granted interim protection to the Applicant. The said order dated 8th May 2024 reads as under:
"1. The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.272/2024 registered with Daund Police Station, District-Pune on 8.4.2024 under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC.
2. Heard Ms. Namrata Bobade, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent-State.
3. The gist of the FIR is that the Applicant was the Branch Manager of Daund Branch of Canara Bank. The allegations are that in the year 2022 some amounts were taken from General Charges Account to different accounts and there were some entries showing transfer of various amounts from different accounts. The total amount involved in this offence is Rs.4,69,392/-. Subsequently when the new Branch Manager came on transfer in that branch, this came to light. On these allegations, the FIR is lodged.
4. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is a lady and has six months old child. Her salary account is already seized and the amount of Rs.4,69,392/- is already secured. She submitted that due to pressure of year-end there could have been some wrong entries but there was no intention to commit misappropriation or cheating.
5. Learned APP is seeking time as the investigating officer is not present.
6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant and also taking into account the fact that said amount is already secured, the Applicant can be granted ad-interim relief.
7. Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
(i) In the event of her arrest in connection with C.R.No.272/2024 registered with Daund Police
Station, District-Pune, till the next date, the Applicant be released on bail on her executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) This order shall operate till 4.7.2024.
(iii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(iv) Stand over to 4.7.2024."

Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP submits that the charge-sheet is filed on 20th August 2024.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in terms of order dated 8th May 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge.

The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant or any witness in any manner.
