There is already an ad-interim order in favour of the Applicant - Tanmay Sharma in ABA No.1220 of 2024 passed on 3rd May, 2024. Both these matters are required to be decided together, because they arise out of the same FIR.

In ABA No.1275 of 2024, on 20th June, 2024, learned APP had made a statement that the Applicant - Shefali Bhargava would not be arrested till 28th June, 2024. The said statement was continued on the next occasion i.e. on 28th June, 2024 and the Applicant was directed to report to the concerned Police Station on 22nd, 23rd and 24th July, 2024.

Learned APP on instructions stated that she had accordingly attended the concerned Police Station. 4.
Considering this situation, both these matters can be heard together on the next date and till then the ad-interim relief can be granted to the Applicant - Shefali Bhargawa in ABA No.1275 of 2024. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
I) In the event of her arrest in connection with C. R. No.829 of 2023 registered with Yerwada Police Station, till the
next date, the Applicant - Shefali Bhargawa is directed to be released on bail on her executing PR bond in sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. II) This order shall operate till 29th August, 2024. III) Ad-interim relief granted in favour of Applicant - Tanmay Sharma in ABA No.1220 of 2024 shall continue upto 29th August, 2024.
IV) Both these matters be listed together on 29th August, 2024.
V) In the meantime, both the Applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency.
