The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.13 of 2024 registered at Vishrambag Police Station, Pune City on 25th January 2024 under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. Rajput, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Newton, learned APP for the State.

The F.I.R. is lodged by one Tanaji More. Gist of the F.I.R. is that a loan was taken in the name of Shriram Gas Angency,

situated at Wadgaon, Pune from Ninad Nagari Co-operative Credit Society to the tune of ₹ 77,00,000/- in the year 2019. The present applicant was Secretary of that Society. The allegations are that the loan application was made with the signature of the informant as the guarantor. The other allegations are that one Uday Joshi, who was a Chariman of that Society, was instrumental in sanctioning that loan. His son was a partner of that agency. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that Uday Joshi is protected by way of ad-interim relief vide Order dated 3rd May 2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1186 of 2024. That application is directed to be listed on 28th June 2024. The applicant's role cannot be higher than that of Uday Joshi. Considering these submissions this Interim Bail Application can also be heard alongwith ABA No.1186 of 2024.

Hence, the following order.

O R D E R

i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No.13 of 2024 registered at Vishrambag Police Station, Pune City, on 25 January 2024 till the

next date, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of ₹ 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii) This order shall operate till 28th June 2024. iii) Stand over to 28th June 2024 to be heard alongwith ABA No.1186 of 2024.
