The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No. 13 of 2024 registered at Salgar Vasti Police Station, Solapur City on 7th February 2024 under Sections 307, 385, 294, 506, 143, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. Ramdas Hake-Patil, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP for the State. 3.

Learned APP is seeking time as the Investigation Officer is not present.

Learned counsel for Applicant pointed out that the other co-accused namely Prabhu Rathod and Santosh Waghmare are granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.705 of 2024 and 750 of 2024. Learned counsel for Applicant claims parity. Considering these submissions, the applicant can be protected till the next date. 5.

Hence, the following order.

O R D E R

i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. no.13 of 2024 registered at Salgar Vasti Police Station, Solapur City, till the next date, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of ₹ 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii) This order shall operate till 04 July 2024. iii) Stand over to 04 July 2024.
