Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Mr. Thatte, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2024.05.14 11:17:55 +0530 the Sessions Court has heard the application for pre-arrest bail on 8th May, 2024 and posted the same for passing order on 13th May, 2024.

In the meanwhile, on 23rd April, 2024 the Sessions Court had declined to grant ad-interim protection to the applicant. Therefore, the applicant was required to prefer this application. 3.

Since the Court of Sessions has already heard and posted the matter for passing order on 13th May, 2024, there is no reason to entertain this application.

The learned APP informed the Court that investigating officer will be informed not to arrest the applicant till Sessions Court passes the order.
