Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By an order dated 9th May, 2024, this Court had granted interim bail observing, inter alia, as under: "5. FIR was lodged against unknown persons. The applicant has been arraigned primarily on the basis of the statement of the co-accused. In the circumstances, it may be expedient to protect the liberty of the applicant while directing him to join in the investigation. If the investigation reveals the complicity of the applicant, the same can be considered at the stage of final adjudication of the application. "

The rest of the co-accused have been released on bail. The learned APP fairly submits that parity applies. 4.

In view of the above, I am inclined to make the order of interim bail absolute.

Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) Order of interim bail dated 9th May, 2024 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

(ii) In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional court.

Application stands disposed.
