The applicants before this Court have been enjoying interim order and today, it is specifically submitted on behalf of the applicants that subsequent to the interim order being granted in their favour, the complainant bank has given no objection to the applicants to dispose of the mortgaged land so as to repay the outstanding loan amount. It is submitted that the land itself is worth about Rs.3 crores, while the outstanding amount is about Rs.1.5 crores. Certain documents are relied MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.07.12 18:46:43 +0530 upon, including a communication dated 01.07.2024 issued by the complainant bank to the applicants.

The applicants shall place on record, along with an affidavit, the aforesaid documents pertaining to the subsequent events. The affidavit be filed within two weeks from today.

The interim order shall continue to operate till then, subject to the applicants' abiding by the specific directions given in the order dated 14.05.2024.
