It is to be noted that the applicants have been enjoying interim protection since 14.05.2024.

On 12.07.2024, this Court recorded that subsequent to the interim protection granted to the applicants, the complainant-bank had given no objection to the applicants for disposing off the mortgaged land so as to repay the outstanding loan amount. It is also recorded that according to the applicants, the land itself is worth about Rs.3 crores, while the outstanding amount is about Rs.1.5 crores. Thereafter on 02.08.2024, further time was sought on behalf of the applicants on the ground that the documents, required to be filed in terms of the directions of this Court, could not be filed due to heavy rains.

The applications were thereafter adjourned due to paucity of time and the interim order was continued.

As noted hereinabove, there is no appearance on behalf of the applicants today. The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicants did appear before the investigating officer as per the order dated 14.05.2024, but they did not co-operate with the investigation. 7.
It is now brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the order dated 12.07.2024, the applicants have filed an affidavit dated 24.07.2024 along with the documents. But since there is no appearance on behalf of the applicants, these applications could not be effectively heard today.

In view of the above, list the applications under the caption 'for dismissal' at the top of the supplementary board on 24.09.2024. The interim order shall continue till then.

It is made clear that if there is no assistance to this Court on behalf of the applicants on the next date of hearing, the applications shall be dismissed.
