In this application, interim order was granted on 31.05.2024 and one of the conditions was that the applicant would attend the concerned police station as and when called.

There is no clarity as to whether the applicant was called and whether he did attend the police station.

The learned APP submits, on instructions, that the presence of the applicant before the investigating officer is necessary. 4.

In that view of the matter, the interim order dated 31.05.2024 shall remain in operation till the next date of listing. 5.

In the meanwhile, the applicant shall remain present before the investigating officer on 27.09.2024 and 28.09.2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. He shall continue to co-operate with the investigation. 6.
