In this application, on 31.05.2024, this Court (Coram: Kishore C. Sant, J) had passed interim order in favour of the applicant. Thereafter, it was noted in the order dated 25.09.2024 that there was lack of clarity on the question as to whether the applicant actually attended the police station. In that regard, a specific direction was given to the applicant to remain present before the investigating officer on 27.09.2024 and 28.09.2024, with a further direction that he would continue to co-operate with the investigation. 2.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant has indeed appeared before the investigating officer as directed and that he has cooperated with the investigation. 3.

In the interim order dated 31.05.2024, this Court had recorded in paragraph No.2 the reason as to why the interim order was being granted. This Court is of the opinion that for the said reason and also because of the by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

909_ABA_1323_24.doc fact that the applicant has co-operated with the investigation, interim order can be continued and the application can be allowed. 4.

Accordingly, interim order dated 31.05.2024 is confirmed and the application is allowed.

The applicant is directed to continue to co-operate with the investigation and to remain present before the investigating officer as and when called, till filing of the chargesheet.

6.

He shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall also not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.
