The learned counsel for the applicant informs this Court that interim order was passed in favour of the applicant on 09.05.2024, by a Bench Presided over by Hon'ble Justice Sarang V. Kotwal. The interim order was continued from time to time till 17.10.2024, when the application was supposed to be listed. But,it was not listed in the light of the fact that Hon'ble Justice Sarang V. Kotwal, is now heading a Division Bench. In that light, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks appropriate orders. 3.

In view of the above, list the application for further consideration on 27th November, 2024, "High on Board."
