The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.432/2023 dated 29.12.2023 registered at Kasarvadavali police station, Thane under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467 read with 34 of IPC. 2.

At the outset, learned APP on instructions states that for the time being she is making a statement, on instructions, that the Applicants shall not be arrested till 20.6.2024, but, the Applicants be directed to attend the Deshmane(PS)

The Applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 21st and 22nd May, 2024 between 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. They shall cooperate with the investigation.
