Mr. Vishal Krishna, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that in compliance with the directions of this Court's order dated 12 February 2025 and the undertaking given to this Court, the applicants have deposited a sum of Rs. 27,36,560/-. Regarding the balance amount of Rs. 27,36,560/- to be deposited by 14 April 2025, he submits that if a period of five weeks is granted to the applicants, they will clear it. He further submits that, although the applicants initially Amol D. Nawale

9-ABA-1335-2024 (CR) .doc agreed to clear the entire amount by 14 April 2025, they do not intend to flout the orders passed by this Court.

Mr. Hatle, the learned Advocate for the intervenor, submits that, as a matter of last chance, a week's time may be granted. 3.

The applicants are granted time to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 27,36,560/- by 21 April 2025.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
