Mr. Rahul Shinde, the learned Counsel for the Intervener submits that he has filed an Application for Intervention, which is not listed today. He submits that there are various documents which are necessary to decide the present Application.

The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that if the Applicant will attend the concerned Police Station and co-operate in the investigation, the Investigating Officer will not arrest the Applicant till the next date of hearing. The statement is recorded and accepted.
