The applicant is granted interim relief by an order dated 17th May 2024. As per the said order, the applicant was required to attend the Police Station on every Wednesday, for a period of 3 weeks.

The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the applicant did not attend the Police Station and thereby, breached the said condition.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks short adjournment to respond to the said allegation. 4.
