In this application, on 17th May 2024, interim order was granted in favour of the applicant with a specific direction that he would attend the concerned Police Station on every Wednestday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon for three weeks. 2.

On 23rd September 2024, the learned APP, on instructions, made a specific statement that the applicant did not abide by the aforesaid direction of this Court and therefore, no indulgence may be shown to him. The learned counsel for the applicant, on that date, sought short adjournment to ascertain whether the applicant had indeed abided by the aforesaid condition. 3.

Even today, the learned counsel for the applicant is unable to show any material as to whether the aforesaid direction was complied with.

In this situation, the applicant is directed to remain present before the Investigating Officer on 8th and 9th October 2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and thereafter, as and when called by the Investigating Officer, during the pendency of the present application.

List the application for further consideration on 16th October 2024, to be included in the supplementary list. 6.
