By inviting the attention of this Court to the copy of the affidavit dated 26 April 2024, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the first informant sworn this affidavit accepting that the applicant has paid the amount of Rs.4,50,000/- to the first informant as compensation towards the loss of the mobile phones.
