In both these applications, as per orders dated 14.05.2024 passed by the Vacation Court (Coram: M. W. Chandwani, J), the applicants have been protected from arrest with a direction to them to attend the police station every Wednesday for three weeks from the date of the order. 2.

Today, the learned APP seeks adjournment on the ground that the Investigating Officer is not available.
