Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that despite receiving a 41-A CrPC notice, the applicant was unable to visit the police on the specified date due to a heart ailment. However, the applicant is now prepared to coopeate with the investigation. The learned Counsel further states that the applicant will attend the police station between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on 24, 25 and 26 July 2024 and cooperate with the investigation.

There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant till the next date.
