The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.326/2023 dated 9.6.2023 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Sstation, Solapur City under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 120-B of IPC. 2.
Heard Mr. Ujwal Agandsurve, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Ranjana Humane, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The gist of the FIR is that the first informant Shrishailkumar Hadimani was residing in USA. He wanted to purchase some land in Solapur. The main accused Manoj Godbole extracted Rs.4 Crores from the informant. He had represented to the informant that he was a Nayab Nahsildar and he was aware of many lands which could be purchased by the informant by paying dues of the Government on those lands. It was a false representation. Forged permission bearing Government seals were sent by telephonic messages to the informant. It was fraudulent. The informant had lost his money. On this basis, the FIR is lodged. 4.
The allegations against the present Applicant are that after his arrest, the main accused Manoj gave statement under Section 27 of the Evidence Act and led the police to their offices and houses. Manoj had told the police that out of the money which he has received in this offfence, he had paid various amounts to the other accused, including the present Applicant.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the other three co-accused, who are similarly placed as the present Applicant, have preferred Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1038/2024, 903/2024 and 1039/2024. In all these Anticipatory Bail Applications, the Applicants therein are protected by way of ad-interim relief. The Applicant's role is similar. The difference in the cases against them is in respect of the amount which they have allegedly received. Apart from that the evidence and the allegations are the same.

Considering these submissions, the present Applicant can also be protected by way of ad-interim relief and all these Applications can be heard together. 7.
Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the other three Applications are slated to be listed on 1.8.2024. Considering these submissions, the Applicant can also be similarly protected and these matters can be kept on 1.8.2024.

Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.326/2023 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Sstation, Solapur City, till the next date, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing a P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) This order shall operate till 1.8.2024.
(iii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 15th, 16th and 18th July, 2024 between 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. He shall cooperate with the investigation. It is made clear that the investigating agency can call the Applicant for interrogation even prior to that.
(iv) Stand over to 1.8.2024. To be heard along with the aforementioned three Anticipatory Bail Applications. by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:
