This is an Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.509 of 2023 registered with the Nigdi Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, District-Pune for the offence punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

A learned Single Judge by Order dated 31st May 2024 has granted interim protection.

Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Applicant, tenders copy of the Charge-sheet being R.C.C./1582/2025. He states that the Charge-sheet is not filed against the present Applicant, as it is specifically found that the Applicant is not involved in the crime. 4.

Mr. Mali, learned APP, on instructions, confirms the said position.
