Heard Ms. Shahane, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Ambekar, learned APP for the respondent-State. 2.

In the light of the specific allegations made in the statement of the informant leading to registration of the FIR, as also in the backdrop of the documents annexed to the application and the specific submissions made in this regard on behalf of the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that the investigation papers need to be perused. 3.

The learned APP submits that a senior officer of the investigating authority would be called for instructions and to assist this Court so as to dispose of the present application.
