This anticipatory bail application was called out twice today, but on both occasions there is no appearance on behalf of the applicant, although, Ms. Amebkar, learned APP, is present through video conferencing and ready for arguments.

On 16th July 2024, after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time, this Court had adjourned the hearing to 18th July 2024, to be included at the top of the supplementary list, in the light of the fact that the learned APP wanted a Senior Officer of the Investigating Authority to give appropriate instructions in the matter, in the light of the specific submissions made on behalf of the applicant.

On 18th July 2024, adjournment was sought on behalf of the

bipin prithiani 907-aba-1384.24.doc applicant due to difficulty expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Accordingly, the application was directed to be listed today in the supplementary list for hearing/ disposal.

As noted herein above, despite the application being called out twice, there is no appearance on behalf of the applicant. Hence, as a matter of last chance for the learned counsel for the applicant to appear and argue the present application, the same is adjourned to 30th July 2024, to be included in the supplementary list.
