Heard learned Advocate for the Applicants as well as learned APP for Respondent-State.

It appears that on 30th December, 2023, quarrel took place between the two groups whereas, it is alleged by the informant that one of the co-accused slapped informant whereas, other co-accused also beat his daughter of the informant as well as her sister-in-law. Learned Sessions Court has granted anticipatory by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date:

2024.05.15 10:56:55 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE bail to the co-accused against whom also the allegations of sexual assault and outraging modesty have been leveled. The role SUNNY THOTE

18-ABA-1385-2024.doc assigned to the present Applicants are that they assaulted sister-inlaw of informant and also outraged her modesty. 3.

Considering the submission as well as recording the fact by learned Sessions Court that there is political rivalry amongst two groups and the fact that alleged incident of assault on victim prima facie is outcome of a quarrel and not with any sexual intent. The case is made out for ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) 4.

The Applicants shall attend concerned Police Station on 20th May, 2024 and 27th May, 2024 between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigation. 5.

Stand over to 27th June, 2024.
