2) Heard the learned APP for the Respondent - State. 3) The learned APP stated that in the injury certificate, the injuries sustained by the four injured persons were opined as simple in nature. Therefore, on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 506(II), 330, 143, 145, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. All these offences are bailable except Section 506(II) of IPC. The learned APP states that the Applicant has cooperated with the investigation. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary.

4) In view thereof, the Application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following Order :- 1/2

Jayani 06 ABA1386.2024.doc - O R D E R - (a) In the event of the arrest of the Applicant - Mr. Abdul Rauf Abdul Gafar Shaikh in connection with C.R.No.513/2024 registered with Ghatkopar Police Station, Mumbai, he shall be forthwith released on bail, on his furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(b) The Applicant shall regularly attend before the trial Court and co-operate for hearing and disposal of the said cases as will be required by the trial Court. (c) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not threaten the prosecution witnesses.

(d) The Applicant shall furnish his address and contact details to the Police Station and the trial Court and a change therein, if any.

5) Application stands disposed of.
