On 14.05.2024, this Court (Coram : M. W. Chandwani, J.) granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. The applicant was directed to attend police station on every Tuesday between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon for four weeks and to co-operate with the investigation. The reason for granting interim relief was recorded in paragraph 3 of the said order. 2.

The learned APP submits that due to election duties, investigating officer could not remain present today along with the investigation papers.

In view of the above, list the application for further consideration on 10.12.2024, to be included in the supplementary list, when the investigating officer shall remain present along with the investigation papers to assist this Court.
