Heard Ms. Shaikh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mrs. Ganpathy, learned APP for the State.

This Court is informed by the learned APP for the State that the matter is pending since last 9 months. It was heard for the first time on 21st May, 2024.

Prima facie it appears that 7 out of 8 times the Applicant has visited the Police Station. But according to the I.O. who is present in Court, the Applicant has attended the Police Station but investigation is not completed, since I.O. desires to confront the Applicant with the statement of a person to whom the alleged goods were delivered. The said person has however informed the I.O. that the goods were in fact not delivered and the Applicant had in fact told him to make a wrong statement.

Considering the medical condition of the Applicant Adinterim relief shall continue till next date but the Applicant shall cooperate with the I.O.

Insofar as the Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned they are directed to cooperate with the concerned I.O. Mr. Vijay More and record their statements on 20.01.2025, 21.01.2025 and 22.01.2025 between 10:00 am to 01:00 pm in the concerned Police Station. 6.

List this matter on board on 28th January, 2025 under the caption "F.O.B".
