CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 145/2023:- 1.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent in Criminal Application No.145 of 2023 submits that since the matter is of the year 2023, this Court will not be able to take up this matter. 2.

Registry to verify and place the matter accordingly before the appropriate Court.

I. A. NO.2400/2024 IN A.B.A.NO.1394/2024:- 3.

The Intervenor Application is filed for intervention by the complainant.

The learned counsel appearing from the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1394 of 2024 has no objection if the Intervenor Application is allowed.

In view of the same, Intervenor Application No.2400 of 2024 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads as under:- (b) The applicant may kindly be allowed to intervene and oppose the Anticipatory Bail Application no.1394/2024 filed by respondent no. 1 to 5.

Intervenor Application No. 2400 of 2024 is disposed of. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
