Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant as well as learned APP for the Respondent-State.

A proprietor of Shrikrishna Fabrics purchased cloths worth of Rs.2,52,000/- and issued the cheque towards the consideration. However, the said cheque was dishonoured due to insufficient funds. The Applicant, who is the Manager of the Shrikrishna Fabrics is before this Court for anticipatory bail. 3.
The allegation against the Applicant is that when complainant had been to Shrikrishna Fabrics, the Applicant was V. A. Tikam

Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the Applicant as well as nature of allegations against the Applicant, coupled with the fact that the matter is predominant of civil nature. A case is made out for grant of ad-interim relief. 5.
Hence, the following order;
ORDER
i.
Pending the Application, in the event of arrest of Applicant, the Applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more solvent surety in the like amount;
ii.
The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station only one day on 24th May, 2024 between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation.
iii.
Stand over to 2nd July, 2024.
