This anticipatory bail application has been filed in FIR No.0147 dated 29th January, 2024 registered with Bandra Police Station, Brihanmumbai Shahar under Sections 34, 406, 409, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The applicant is arrayed as accused no.2 in the FIR. It is

2/4 submitted that the charge-sheet has already been filed. The applicant has attended the Police Station as and when was called. 3.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the investigation is completed and the charge-sheet has been filed and also approved the fact that the applicant has co-operated with the concerned Police Station.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the custody of the applicant is not required.

In view of the above, case is made out to grant anticipatory bail application. I, therefore, pass the following order :-

ORDER

(a) The anticipatory bail application is allowed. (b) In the event of arrest in connected with FIR No. 0147 dated 29th January, 2024 registered with Bandra Police Station, Brihanmumbai Shahar, for the offence

3/4 punishable under Sections 34, 406, 409, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the applicant shall be released on bail till the conclusion of trial on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as and when called. (d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Courts or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(e) The applicant shall furnish his contact number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep him updated, in case there is any

In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
