After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this second Anticipatory Bail Application, after the earlier reasoned order, the learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. It is made clear that in case the Applicant is arrested or if he surrenders and files Bail Application, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law, without being influenced by earlier rejection of Anticipatory bail order.
