It is submitted that two anticipatory bail applications were dismissed by the said order, but the name of the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1430 of 2024 is not stated in the cause title of the said order. It is also not clarified as to whether the interim applications were also disposed of. 3.

In view of the above, the cause title and name of the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1430 of 2024 be inserted in the said order and at the end of paragraph No.16, the following sentence shall be added :

"In view of the dismissal of the anticipatory bail applications, all pending interim applications also stand disposed of."

The order dated 19th June 2024 shall be corrected accordingly and uploaded on the website.
