By the said order, this Court confirmed the interim order dated 17.05.2024 passed by this Court, as a consequence of which the anticipatory bail application stood finally allowed. 3.

The interim order, while granting relief to the applicant, pending the anticipatory bail application, merely recorded the statement of the learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, that the applicants would not be arrested and this Court, in that backdrop, directed the applicants to attend the concerned police station for specific period of time.

In that light, the order dated 15.10.2024 shall mention confirmation of the interim order and the application being allowed, 1/2

P1_ABA_1425_24.doc on the applicants furnishing P.R. Bond and sureties of 10,000 each, ₹ as an additional condition for the application being allowed. The other conditions mentioned in paragraph No.11 of the order shall continue to operate.
