The learned APP, on instructions from Investigating Officer, makes a statement that, the Police will not arrest the Applicant till the next date of hearing subject to a condition that the Applicant shall cooperate in the investigation.

The statement is recorded and accepted.

In this scenario, the Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Wednesday for two weeks between 10 a.m. to 12 noon and shall cooperate in the investigation.

3.

Stand over to 20th June, 2024.
