The learned APP, on instructions from Investigating Officer, makes a statement that, the Police will not arrest the Applicant till the next date of hearing subject to a condition that the Applicant shall cooperate in the investigation.

The statement is recorded and accepted.

In this scenario, the Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 27th May, 29th May, 3rd June and 5th June, 2024 between 10 a.m. to 12 noon and shall cooperate in the investigation.
