The learned counsel appearing for the applicant invited attention of this Court to the notice dated 8th February 2024, issued by the Registrar (Judicial-I), which, inter alia, states that if an Anticipatory Bail Application of a co-accused is decided by one Hon'ble Judge, then an application arising out of the same FIR of another co-accused shall be placed before the same Hon'ble Judge. 4.

It is pointed out that the bail application of co-accused i.e. Bail Application No. 3430 of 2023 was decided by this Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J.), by an order dated 15th January 2024 and in that light, this Court may pass appropriate order for listing.
