Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the other coaccused has already been granted interim protection in the same crime.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Intervenor submits that, he wants to appear as intervenor and seeks time to file a detailed affidavit.

The learned APP, on instructions from Investigating Officer, makes a statement that, the Police will not arrest the Applicant till the next date of hearing subject to a condition that the Applicant V.A. Tikam

The statement is recorded and accepted.

In this scenario, the Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Wednesday till next date of hearing between 10 a.m. to 12 noon and shall cooperate in the investigation. 3.
