From reading of FIR it appears that the complaint is lodged about the incident that arisen on altercation between the parties. This Court finds that a case is made out to grant ad-interim relief, hence the following order.

5-ABA-1450-2024.doc registered with Badlapur West Police Station, Thane, for the offences punishable under section 326, 323 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860, he shall be released on bail on executing P.R. bond and solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000/-.

c) The Applicant shall not try to influence the investigation.

d) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called for.

e) The Applicant shall keep informed the concerned Police Station about his residential address, mobile number etc. and other contact details.
